We love the Ruby Princess. This was our 3rd or 4th time on her, and we wanted to go to San Francisco and San Diego. The people onboard the Ruby are so courteous and th service is great. Also, our favorite stateroom steward Catherine is our favorite. We've had her once before. She purposely cleans our stateroom while we are at breakfast or gone somewhere, so we never have to wait for her to finish before we can come back in.

The entertainment onboard is great and th Dolphin mini suites are wonderful. The dining room was great, with excellent service. We didn't like that the sofa had a small area that was stitched up and a slight noise in the vent like bubbling water in bathroom. She does need some refurbishing, perhaps because of the 4-day cruises, but otherwise she is in pretty good shape. We would go back on the Ruby again as she's our favorite. We also got the new luxury Princess bed and bedding. It as great!

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

Needs new couch and noise reduction in bathroom vent. Four day cruises are beating her up.
