Never again will I or anyone in my family entrust NCL. Within five hours into the cruise there was a fire on the aft. We asked what the smell and smoke was and told they did not know what we were speaking of. Then to later find out there indeed was a fire right where we saw and asked. The employees in charge of the lifeboats were on 24 hour call. NCL took two out of three of our ports away only to say that they were going to give us 50.00 back. Furthermore NCL knew that there was a problem with the ship and still allowed the ship to be on the water. NCL failed to make proper repairs and knew about the repairs needing to be done since August 2016. The captain said they had to make repairs to make sure FUTURE cruises were going to continue without any complications. What about everyone on board during the repairs, did our vacation not count to him ....only future cruises counted. The cruise was boring. Artchie the cruise director needs to either retire or find fun. Kids onboard were so board they were sitting on the 4 floor under the stairs complaining how boring it was. I couldn't dispute what they were saying because I was so bored I couldn't wait to get off the boat. They cater to only one group of age and that is OLD. If you like to sit around drink and eat and that is it then you have it made. It was such a waste of vacation time and money. My husband is disabled and asked Archie what there was to do as a family he told my husband we could play family dodge ball or do the family scavenger hunt. My husband asked to do you want to sit in my wheelchair and you give me your legs that you are walking with because how am I to go up and down stairs to do the family scavenger hunt or play dodge ball !!!! Archie response was to tell security that my husband threatened to punch him in the face which is a complete LIE my husband cant even stand!!!!! Not only do they discriminate the disabled but children as well. They kicked the children out of the pool to play an adult game! There is an adult pool but they didn't want to disturb the adults. So the disabled and children beware they want your money but that is it. Take your money and spend it with another company. Worst company ever. Once they got our money they became complete jerks
