We have been planning to take a New England / Canada Cruise for years. This was a celebration for our 48th anniversary and it couldn't have been better. The Sky Loft suite (10722) was exceptional - embarkation and disembarkation were planned perfectly and extremely efficient. Port excursions were pre-planned by Royal Caribbean and went without a hitch. While we made all of our scheduled tours, there were rough seas at Bar Harbor, Maine and some of the later tenders could not get passengers to shore. We had left early and were lucky enough to make it before the tenders were stopped.

The following crew members provided service and support above and beyond expectations. Royal Genie Katya - has excellent communication skills and provided specific care with personalized knowledge of our needs. The Royal Genie program is great addition to the cruise experience. Loft Attendant Anthony Yearwood - we never wanted for anything, he has the ability to look ahead and ensure that all requests were provided. And his sincerity and friendliness were a pleasure to experience on a daily basis. - Coastal Kitchen waiter - Severiano - attentive, knowledgeable and he obviously enjoys his job and working with people. Martina at Coastal Kitchen is friendly and very efficient ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant and making everyone feel welcome. Wonderland waiter Tughan - excellent presentation and table skills. Izumi waiter Arnold - detailed care and attentiveness. - Jamie's waiter Juan Carlos - another great example of a person truly enjoying working with people and having a thorough knowledge of the menu, from preparation to presentation.
