Only selected this cruise because they cancelled all cruises from Houston three days after I booked. Had to use the $250 deposit. Should have just eaten the $250. NCL doesn't care about it's customers. Change in itinerary and can't even contact me or my TA. NCL is to cheap to take ship out of service for three weeks they try fixing and updating while at sea. I've never been on a cruise where they're replacing carpet during the cruise. If they know it takes 12 hours to get from Puerto Vallarta to Cabo then why play the game of everybody on board at 1430 to hopefully leave at 1500. Why didn't you just let us have a second full day and have everybody back on at 1830 to leave at 1900?

Don't get the dining package. just seems odd that on the first sea day five couples show up at Teppanyaki with 1730 reservations, but according to NCL none of us had reservations and all of us had their dining package. Turned out all my reservations were non-existent.

Only place that had somewhat comfortable chairs was the Shakers lounge. Even the seats in the atrium seating was uncomfortable. Went to Cagney's Steak House, the seat cushions were so worn when I sat down the only thing holding me up was the wood frame of the chair. Don't even want to talk about how worn out the mattresses are.

Inside

Cabin IX

AC didn't work, mattress worn out, no bathmat. Even with every light on in the room it was still dark. Carpet was so dirty and worn colors of carpet changed from outside to traffic area. Hallways on this ship were half as wide as any other ship I've ever been on. Two people can't even pass in the halls without one coming to a complete stop.
