Sail Date: Oct 2016

We organised a family reunion and were travelling as a group of 26 adults and 5 children. We found customer service when booking the restaurants as a group was very poor and manager of the Monky Bar was terribly rude. There are 3 restaurants you can dine in that are included in your fare. Angeles was very good as was Dragon Lady and the Waterfront was quite nice. There was also The Pantry which did all day buffet which was ok, particularly for those that like to graze through the day. We stopped at Hamilton island for the day and due to large swells the tenders were delayed which meant we were running late for the buggies we had rented....the tour staff were not accommodating whatsoever in assisting us to make any other arrangements and again, terribly rude. We all agreed cocktails, spirits and shooters seemed to be watered down heavily! Ship has been refurbished and rooms are quite nice though the finish on all decks and outdoor areas very badly done. Overall a very average trip and don't think I'll be cruising with P&O again.
