Sail Date: Oct 2016
Cabin: Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

We have sailed Oceania 6 times and this time we were disappointed, not in the amenities or service which was outstanding. We chose a transatlantic crossing thinking there would be movies, lectures on varied topics beside the usual games and such. All we got was 5 days of the same games and the usual banal nonsense. We played bridge but the instructors were not thrilling. The shows are what we expected as all cruise ships give you the same old, same old. We were fortunate to hear a wonderful classical pianist and a very funny comic/magician.

In its favour was that the staff was outstanding. The dining room was wonderful as were the specialty restaurants. The wait staff was top notch as was the front hostess.

This is a refurbished ship and everything was new and fresh but it is exactly like its sister ships in look and layout.

Cabin Review

Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

Cabin was neatly laid out and immaculately kept. Bathrooms are small but we knew that when we booked.
