We were first-time cruisers with Regent. We had heard such good things about them so decided we must try them.

We had used Seabourne on many occasions. We are perennial cruisers and I have never complained about a cruise line before. We have been on four cruises this last year.

Transfer from the airport to the dock to pick up the water taxi was a nightmare and not suited to travelers whose walking was limited. No alternative was given to those people. They had to send the launch back to collect some people they had missed. Several passengers were complaining.

Cabin Review

Penthouse Suite

Cabin A

Basically, the cabin was great, good service from our Butler, Suresh and Linette the room attendant.

One night we had a problem with the connecting balcony door to the next suite, banging all night but this was fixed the next morning we reported it.

Port Reviews

Portofino

wonderful place. We loved this.

Great service from the 'tender; staff who arranged for my phone to be fetched from the ship. Well done Regent 'tender ' staff.
