Intinary was awesome, service and staff wasn't. We had never experienced such indifference from the crew, especially being close to Diamond Plus status. We loved Royal Caribbean because of the friendly staff, most of the staff were not engaged. We were used to "Good Morning", or a simple smile, or atleast make eye contact. We had several concerns that never got addressed. We were very disappointed and now are looking into leaving Royal Caribbean because of this.

The ship is beautiful and we did meet fellow cruisers that made our trip special. But overall we are extremely disappointed at Royal Caribbean after cruising with them close to 20 times. The food was also substandard, very salty. Quality continues to go down, loyalty program has less perks. We tried to meet with the loyalty ambassador 3 times, with no success. We feel less valued than we did on our first cruises, feeling more like a McDonald's experience, low quality. Whereas before it felt unique and more like In and Out experience for my California friends.

Windjammer's food was ok. -the food was extremely salty, Dining room dinner was good, the Indian food was great on the ship. Overall, the food quality has gone down.
