I usually cruise on Princess but went on Freedom of the Seas with other people. The ship is beautiful, the entertainment was great. The staff at Johnny Rockets were friendly and service was quick, lots of smiles. That is more that what I can say for the staff at Galileo's. The first evening we were there the service was great, the waiter and server. Smiled and took great care of the 12 of us. That was the end of that. we went 2 more times and the last time was a disaster. We made reservations and when we got there, the hostess said we didn't. Well after a heated discussion, they managed to put 3 tables together. The service was horrible, we asked 3 times for refills on our water...never got it. The bread plates, and appetizer plates were never removed so when we got our entrees, the table was crowded with empty plates, 2 and 1/2 hours later we finally finished dinner. During the whole time, we never saw a smile from our server or waiter. We noticed this attitude from quite a few of the other crew members. Our room steward had a smile every day and was very good. Cuddy was wonderful, one of the best I have seen.
