We were disappointed overall in this cruise. It just didn't have that wow factor. You were nickled and dimed at every turn. Really charging for water snd adding 18% gratuity? Wine costs were atrocious. An on board purchase of a bottle of wine that you could not bring to the dining room was $20.00 plus18% gratuity even though nothing more than the purchase of the bottle took place. The same bottle bought in the dining room was $45 plus 18% gratuity. This is absurd when the cost of the bottle was more around a $10 bottle.

The OPUS dining room was a disaster from the design, unacceptable noise levels, poor food quality with lack of variety,. What does it say when I room service is preferable to the dining room.

Our cabin was well maintained but frayed and torn hems of towels are not a sign of quality. The towels and face cloths were thread bare. Time for new linens.
