My wife and I took our very first cruise in the 16 years we've been married. She decided to take Royal Caribbean International ( Liberty Of The Seas ). We live in Cypress Texas. We got dropped off at the Galveston Port at around noon. Of course there was a long line ahead of us. We dropped off our luggage, got in line, went though customs, got our sea pass card and on the ship by 12:50. no problem here. Didn't see any problems with the ship. Our cabin was awesome. our stateroom attendant was very nice and very friendly he did an awesome job keeping our cabin well maintained. Always happy to help us on anything or any questions that we had. we even needed an extension cord which he provided us with.
The dining and food was awesome, which now I have to work out double because the food was so good I gained 8 pounds the whole 7 days I was on vacation. On the entertainment and activity parts my wife and I didn't do to much of, some of it was recorded and we watched it from our stateroom which it was fun to watch ( The Love and Marriage Game Show. The entire ships service was excellent from gift shops to small food places like Sorrento's Pizza to Ben and Jerry's ice cream. Falmouth, Jamaica and Cozumel,Mexico ports were beautiful. people there were so friendly and nice no problems there. We didn't do any excursion by choice because being our first time on a cruise we didn't want to get lost and miss our ship. But we are definitely planning to take another cruise in the near future on this ship. Liberty of The Seas.Everything was so awesome. My wife has already begun to book another cruise to take her mom. No problems here. Loved every minute of it.
