Going on to the Ship was like walking through a line of sales people trying to sell you drink packages restaurant's spas it was terrible. Lunch there were not seat for 1 hour between 2pm and 3pm we had a party of 6 and could never get a table together the staff waiter were no were to be seen.There were tables of Drinks every were no waiters going about the staff at the Pulsars office were the worst we seen at sea terrible given wrong info very rude to customer. Dinning the first night 44min in a queue the our table was taken by 6 other guests everyone was squashed in like sardines the waiters have no room to move and again not helpful we moved up to the dining up the stairs it got worse the wine list they 3 bottles of red we were told the wine store was closed for the night and it was to far a way to go and get the wine we would like or they were sold out the food was returned twice the bill was all wrong worst company at sea. We then moved through to the bar and ask for Brandy we have no Brandy Sir what's happening, the staff got all the drinks cards wrong and lost mine At the Pulsars office they did not want to know about things that were not going well we did speak to a Manager would said they would fix the bill etc never happened Celebrity have went down hill very fast is a lets make money out of customer with no Customer services The pulsars told me we were not allowed back on any of there as ships great news cancelled my cruise next march out of USA

Resort Deck Balcony Cabins, Suite Cabins

Food was very poor in the main restaurant you were squashed together at the tables.very poor wines and no Brandy at some bars i.e. Some bars were just tables in some rooms no ice etc
