This a hopefully not to long but informative take on our curise. This is my 20th cruise overall and my 6th with Carnival.

We flew into LAX the day of our cruise. Only a short fly from Sacramento, CA. We used the super easy Super Shuttle through Carnival from the airport to the cruise terminal. Luggage is then handed off to the Porters. We arrived around 10:00 to the terminal, waited to check in to receive sail and sign cards, this process was about 30 to 40 minutes.

We walked over to the Queen Mary and hung out until 1:00PM by then our boarding group 3 had been called and you can just go to the priority line, we were on the ship in 10 minutes and that included pictures and security. No plastic bottles are allowed, cans only.
