Looked for short cruise to celebrate hubby's road-to-recovery after a battle with cancer. We really enjoy cruising and had wonderful experiences in the past on other cruise-lines. Thought Princess something special. It was not. Here is the good, the bad, the ugly: Stateroom w balcony: wonderful! Comfy pillow-top mattress & bedding. Room size: Great along with nice balcony. The staff are exceptional! The Magical Musical terrific! Best food: PIZZA! I'm a NY Italian pizza snob & this was fantastic!

Most of the food was just terrible. Only two small buffets, no better than cafeteria-style. Dining room experience not much better. The surf 'n turf just thrown on the grill, unseasoned. Food had to be returned; tough steak, mussels & clams served unopened. Desserts were unremarkable.

Worst was a stop at Ensenada!
