Embarkation and disembarkation were easy. Ship sold out almost. there were about 10 cabins in our area that had problems with the A/C we reported the problem at 12:30pm on embarkation day a/c not cool at all, at 4:00pm a engineer was in our room and said he opened the damper up more at 10:30 pm we went to guests services it was just to hot to be in the cabin at 2:00pm the following day another engineer came and told us that 78 degrees is in the normal range even though the people next to us were in jackets, the weather was 88 to 92 with humidity front desk notified nothing they could do, on the day we got off the ship there were 3 engineers in our cabin go figure..
The horizon court is another story they never had both sides of the buffet open at the same time you were corralled into one area there was a crowd all the time. Dining room for lunch only open 4 days of this 10 day cruise it was buffet or hamburgers and you waited in lines. Entertainment..the people they brought on board were great but then you are squeezes into this tiny lounge and there was no seats any where at either times of the shows, and the times of the shows were awful you had to leave one early to get a seat at the other one just terrible planning. The music really 50's 60's, disco 50's 60's disco and in Skywalkers it is always hip hop and rap asked for a little Rock and Roll like Bruce Springsteen they have none of that . And I don't know who picks the movies but oh my they need to take a look at this area they were out of taste with all the cussing using the F word come on Princess.
The size and layout were good. The fact that it was 78 degrees everyday was terrible.
