We choose this cruise for the convenience and location to the house. The ship itself is amazing. It is very nice. However, it goes down hill from there. The customer service agents look like they are held at gun point to work there. They are not friendly by any means. Never participate in small talk and there faces are frozen in the frown position.

However, we had two cabins in two locations and both of our cabin stewards were amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and even ran to open the door when our hands were full.

The main dining room food was ok. Nothing to write home about but edible. Our team of waiters were fantistic. The head waiter was Vivitek (not sure of spelling) and I can't remember the assistant waiter that worked along side him but they were both top notch. That being said, the buffet left much to be desired. While we always found something to eat, the selections and taste were way below what one would consider good. Worse, they close at 9 p.m. so if you get hungry after that, you have to get a snack at the cafe located on the promenade. Not much to choose from but when your hungry, it will make do. The coffee......THE COFFEE IS HORRIBLE! I have yet to find a cruise line that has great coffee but Royal Caribbean's coffee should be against the law it is so bad!

Cabin J

The cabins are nice. We actually had two. This one and 1347. Not a lot of storage areas but the cabin itself was fine.
