Just returned from 7 day pacific island cruise. We were a couple in our 50's. We had a great peaceful week that we were looking for. Yes the ship is dated but this will be rectified during the up coming refit we intend to return once this has been completed. The service from the crew was outstanding and a credit to the management. There was no hard sell of any trips or other items , just do what you want. The food was of a good standard and plentiful. Went to salt on two occasions and it was well worth the cover charge, dont let this put you off.

Entertainment was good and the crew were fully engaged. The final show in the atrium where they all got together was great , they looked like they were having a good time and that passed down to those watching.

The shore excursions were good with the exception of Noumea the nutshell tour was not worth the money. Read more
