Lots of great things about my Viking experience. I loved my room, the great showers, in-room coffee/latte, balcony, tv and service. The food was excellent and most importantly the staff really worked hard to make your experience special. I was a bit disappointed with some of the excursions and I think for my next trip I will exclude them completely and either arrange my own or just go out and explore. I realize they don't have total control over the tours, but what they should have control over is the quality of wifi on board the ship. Maybe the thought is that because the average age of passengers is quite elderly, the internet usage would be minimal. Although I was one of the youngest passengers on board I noticed that almost everybody had a smart phone. This really needs to be fixed. I also had to completely avoid the pool area as it was kept excessively hot and humid. The nightclub entertainment was good but the special program entertainers were pretty run of the mill despite their enthusiasm. This is likely due to planned target marketing towards the quite elderly audience that for the most part seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe veranda

Loved the cabin and the staff that kept me happy. The water pressure in the shower and the overall bathroom was excellent. Loved sitting in the balcony and watching the people in port or the water at sea.
