I would love to give this review 5 stars, however, I cannot. I realize the cruise industry is very competitive, and cutting costs to keeps fares lower is necessary, but when it affects service, it might drive people to try other lines.

My wife and I have taken 12 cruises, the last 5 being with Princess. We have always rated those cruises as "exceeded expectations". This one, not so much. In talking with other loyal Princess Cruisers, they all noticed the same thing for the same reasons, so I hope Jan Swartz (Princess President) gets the message.

To preface, every staff member we encountered was beyond courteous and friendly, there just wasn't enough of them.

Very comfortable accommodations. Cabin Steward could have been more attentive as we were shorted towels and washcloths. (There are two people, not one...) Love the balcony
