We always wanted to visit Paris and this was the perfect way to do so. Everyone on the cruise was helpful and courteous. It was the best cruise we have been on. We enjoyed all of the tours throughout the cruise. Normandy was our favorite stop on the cruise. Several men were present dressed in full uniform that served in the war. I went up to each of them to thank them for their service. It was a very emotional and wonderful feeling to speak with these gentlemen. The food was excellent and there was enough variety to choose from. There was an activity each night for entertainment. We were sailing on the fourth of July and they had an American Bar-B-Q on the deck. They served hot dogs, hamburgers, corn on the cob, watermelon, etc. which added a nice touch to the cruise. All of the staff made sure everyone's needs were met. The cabin was adequate in size and kept very clean. Kudos to Viking and their staff. They did an excellent job. We would definitely take another Viking cruise.
