We choose this cruise for the ports, pricing and length. This out 6th cruiuse. Overall it was poor to average. The excursions where very expensive. Water was $5.50(U.S.) per large bottle..about three times what it cost in port - a serious rip-off! Room was small and not very clean. Horribly crowded everywhere on-board. Entertainment was excellent everywhere.

Room: too small, bed too short, not clean, bathroom with no privacy, bathroom dirty, smoker in next balcony (EPIC staff did nothing to stop it).

Food: very good in Taste & Manhattan... I did have to send back the lamb dish one night as it was over cooked and extremely spicy. Buffet areas were horribly crowded and disorganized. EPIC staff allowed people to fill water bottles from water dispenser even though signs said it wasn't allowed.

Balcony

Cabin BE

Small cabin with a glass door for bathroom - NOT private at all. Toilet sounded like a jet engine when flushed - could hear them going off all over the ship (at 3 a.m., etc.). Poor lighting, small bed - my feet hung over the end of the bed! Not very clean. Balcony was especially dirty.
