Viking commercials on Alabama Public Television were very attractive and I have heard great things about Viking. Visiting Normandy and seeing the invasion beaches has long been on my bucket list.

I can't find enough words to say how much we enjoyed the trip. The longship was immaculate and very comfortable. The food was to die for. The crew knocked themselves to take care of us from the time they picked us up at CDG airport until they saw us off.

The only thing I could find to complain about was the buses used for the shore side trips. The seats were too close together in some of the buses and the windows were dirty and too small for sightseeing. Read more
