This was my first Viking Ocean cruise and will not be our last! Viking Ocean is my new favorite cruise line.

This cruise was a spur of the moment decision, a deal we just couldn't pass up and we are so glad we did not. We were lured by a Veranda guarantee price and were upgraded to a Deluxe Verandah (cabin sizes are the same, perks are different).

Our cabin was great. I really liked the little touches...key card in the slot to power lights and HVAC, nightlight, glass shower doors, shelves in bathroom, HVAC that shut off when balcony door was open, and most of all, heated bathroom floors! Read more
