I am a consummate traveler. This Viking River Cruise was the BEST trip I have ever taken! The itinerary was fantastic, the ports and shore excursions were excellent including the tour leaders. The size of the ship was perfect. There were just enough people to meet everyone and get to know most.

When it comes to our Ship, the Ve, I can not express how lovely it was. The ship and our room was kept spotless. The overall dining experience was amazing, our food was incredible, pleasantly presented and plentiful and the service was beyond compare! Everyone from the Captain on down were incredibly friendly. By the end of our cruise in Budapest, I could not imagine the staff would be actually serving an entirely new group of passengers after we disembarked. How could they treat any other group as nice they consistently treated us? They were always so eager to make every minute our experience perfect, and they succeeded! I have never experienced the level of service the entire crew provided on any tour, trip or cruise I have ever taken.

Since returning home, I have been constantly reviewing the other Viking cruises (both river and ocean) to find my next adventure. For me they are the best in the industry. I would recommend this cruise to anyone who likes to travel.
