This was our second time using Viking. Our first time was a river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest. We were extremely pleased with that river cruise and vowed that we would use Viking in future cruises. This Baltic cruise was as "good" as our first trip with them.

We enjoyed the smaller ship which held approximately 930 passengers which made it possible to make many new friends. Another plus for us was the fact that there were no children on board. The crew was fantastic, from the cabin person, to the wait staff. They all made you feel right at home. The food that was served either in the buffet or off the menu in the restaurant was excellent. Another thing that impressed us was the fact that the head chef would come around and ask the passengers how the enjoyed the food. On shore excursions were very nice and well thought out. My wife and I would definitely recommend using Viking cruises. We recently received new cruise booklets in the mail. And we are looking forward to booking another cruise with Viking in the near future.
