We chose this cruise, "Grand European Tour", embarking in Amsterdam, disembarking in Budapest, because of the beautiful cities, castles and scenery along the route. We toured castles, churches, small villages and large cities, and interacted with a variety of friendly and well trained local guides. Some tours were on foot, others were on a comfortable bus. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious and not overwhelming in quantity, and our every need was met. Daily tours, lectures and entertainment were educational and delightful. Very comfortable and clean. Wall to wall River level window allowed for lots of light. Water waste system was noisy, however.
