We had a group of about 50 people lead by our Travel agent. The staff on the cruise ship was very, very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, just the right portions. If you wanted more they were very happy to accommodate you. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone was always smiling. Shore excursions were very interesting and easy to do. Great guides and if there was a chance of rain, they had umbrellas for you as you left the ship and a treat when you came back on board. I have been on much bigger ships and I liked the size of the ship Jarl. I had previously been on cruises to the Caribbean on a different line. I liked the fact that there were not so many floors as the bigger ships. I so enjoyed having lunch out on the deck, enjoying the beautiful scenery with a glass of wine. I would love to do another Viking cruise.
