I chose this cruise because it was affordable, and it hit every single port of call I was interested in seeing in Alaska. We had an inside cabin, and it was plenty roomy for what we needed it for. We spent most of our time on the deck, checking out the Whale blows, and seals, sea otters, mountains, and just the majestic beauty of Alaska!
Every single person that worked for Norwegian was excellent! They were extremely helpful, kind, and had an excellent work ethic. Even a high ranking officer walked us up 5 fights of stairs, because my friend thought we should walk the stairs and not the elevator, to help us find a restaurant. I cannot say enough about what an excellent job they all did!
I was sick on the cruise, and my eyes swelled, and honestly I looked awful, and not one person made me feel bad in any way. They were truly top rate!
The cabin was cleaned twice a day, with fresh ice everytime! The bed was high enough, that you could store your luggage under it! Good TV in the room, with very new movies, free room service, and VERY CLEAN!
Seattle is a beautiful city, and if you haven't been there before, I would suggest going a day early to check it out! So worth it!
One of the highlights of this cruise! It blessed my heart, to the core, to se this amazing, and beautiful place! We saw a Grizzly Bear, Mountains, Glaciers, and Glaciers calving! It was an experience of a lifetime!
A very beautiful, clean, Russian influenced little city! Many little islands all around it! Just walking around the city was a joy and a pleasure! Lovely! We bought lunch in twon, at a local restaurant, and shopped!!!!
We walked into town, and walked all around looking at the government buildings, the Empress Hotel, and the little marina in the city center! It is beautiful! If I had it to do over, I would have taken an excursion. There is so much to see there!
