I choose this cruise because my cousin had a destination wedding. This ship is old and dirty. It was windy and the boat made me sea sick from all the rocking. The food was average and not alot of entertainment was available. A lot of times, I had nothing to do so I walked around looking like a sad puppy. The water slides were shut down, it was cold so we could not get in the pool. The Jacuzzi was overcrowded. I tried the comedy show and that was wack. Our room smelled like sewage and was uncomfortably hot. On the 3rd day, I cried during dinner because I wanted to go home. I was that disappointed for my first cruise. I vowed to never cruise with carnival again, now here I am planning my next cruise because I am a newlywed and my husband has never been on a cruise. Hopefully, carnival will change my mind about them this go round. I plan to leave from Galveston next month and try the updated Carnival Breeze.
