Close port of departure, value for cost not what it was, very hard sell to spend money, no more stationary in cabin, concierge condescending not helpful at all,have a priority line at guest services for diamond &diamond plus but did not have anyone available to talk to,had four people to keep taking lower class categories while we had to wait, offered no explanation. One time got drink of the day with my three free on sea pass next day wife was refused same and told it was a mistake that I got it free, ate at Giovanni's specialty and waiter decided to order family style for table not letting us order individually, sail each year for anniversary, last cruise Rccl agent said put in message that was special but ship did not get message so we got nothing from them to celebrate, this time got bottle of wine but no greeting in cabin, booked two more cruises and told next cruise assistant manager who said she would tell dining room staff but took two nights before were greeted with cake.
Ok but had one ring tel calls first two days at 3AM then took phone off hook rest of nights, operator said couldn't do anything as calls not long enough to answer, also had people running above cabin ( we're on deck 12) @ very late hours and also very early hours, called operator several times who got annoyed with us, said deck patrol stated were teenagers running and/or people exercising and asked them to stop but they did not. This for several nights. Area above was not for exercise only for sunbathing.
