One time got drink of the day with my three free on sea pass next day wife was refused same and told it was a mistake that I got it free, ate at Giovanni's specialty and waiter decided to order family style for table not letting us order individually, sail each year for anniversary, last cruise Rccl agent said put in message that was special but ship did not get message so we got nothing from them to celebrate, this time got bottle of wine but no greeting in cabin, booked two more cruises and told next cruise assistant manager who said she would tell dining room staff but took two nights before were greeted with cake.
