Sail Date: Aug 2016
Cabin:

This is our fifth cruise and it was chosen because of the size of ship and the ports visited. Booked through a travel agent and all forms and tickets arrived prior to leaving our home base. Able to logon to the website and prefill details and preferences for cruise as well as book shore excursions and book restaurants. Our weather perfect, seas smooth so great conditions.

We were really looking forward to this cruise but upon embarkation we were filled with gloom as we had just completed a different cruise just prior to this one that spoiled us. Our personal taste but but the decor felt dark, heavy and claustrophobic. Apparently refurb in 2014, certainly not in the decor area.

Embarkation: After we dropped our bags we weren't sure where we were to proceed next, as I moved forward I was rudely told to stop and go out somewhere else. Signage or pleasant direction would be nice. Strange place, minimal sleep, people get confused or have no idea where to go. Apart from that desk check in quick and easy.
