I love Norwegian Cruise line as their staff are so happy, friendly and helpful.The Epic is a large ship with so much to do to please all tastes. There are lots of dining options, bars,and numerous entertainment locations. Their shows are 1st class and the guest entertainment is very good and varied. I like the layout of the cabins on the Epic as there is so much storage space. Beds are extremely comfortable and having tea/coffee facilities in the cabin is a bonus.
The standard and choice of food in the buffet is excellent and the meals in the two main dining rooms, Taste and Manhattan are well prepared, and presented.
Embarkation/disembarkation flows smoothly and we prefer to walk off with our luggage at the end of the cruise.

Balcony
The Epic staterooms are well designed with lots of storage. Beds are very comfortable. Sleep quality was excellent as there was no noise from surrounding cabins.
We found the separate shower and toilet facilities a very useful design.
Tea/coffee facilities in the cabin are a bonus.
