Over all unhappy with friendlyness of Princess staff. They were not at all eager to serve us, we had to ask every day for simple things like coffee, table settings etc. They would walk by us without even a simple smile.

Our room was a balcony room with an obscured view. We were never notified of this and there was again no support or help offered to us.

None of the staff seemed to want to serve or help us. We would order a drink only after chasing down a waiter or going up to the bar ourselves. In the buffet area, we were always looking for someone to serve us coffee, get us table settings etc. We have sailed with Princess many times and always bragged about your ships, however there was a very apparant lack of service and friendliness of you staff.

Terrible. Obstructed view never communicated to us, no support or concern from staff to help us with our unhappiness.

Port Reviews

Boston

Excellent tour guide Bill.

New York (Manhattan)

Arrived in NY in mid afternoon, there were no transfers from Newark to ship even though we had paid for one. We had to hire Uber to drive us to the ship
