Moreover was the staff was on top of their game! They were happy and the job they did was above and beyond the rest. This was our 16th cruise with Royal Caribbean and we enjoyed the cruise so much. One thing to remember is if the staff are happy, the customers will be happy and it showed! The ports were all excellent stops to include the stop in Turkey. At first we thought we would not have gotten off the ship due to all the issues currently in country but we found it to be safe and very informative.

If you have not cruised the Mediterranean yet it is a must! After spending so much time in the Caribbean we could not get over the smoothness of the cruise. The Captain apologized for the "rough" seas leaving out of Malta with waves of 2-3 feet high. I will take that any day in the Caribbean!

For Diamond Members and above, we have met the most wonderful and caring concierge in our all cruises at Diamond members. Rafael is by definition "customer service". Royal Caribbean should be seeking him out for tips on how to be a efficient concierge. We cannot say enough how he made us feel like we are Royal!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

This is a handicap accessible stateroom. It does have a larger balcony compared to the same rooms next to it. We have been in the same staterooms on sister ships to Brilliance.

Port Reviews

Cannes

Took the little train tour around the water front, shopping, lunch and a dip in the Mediterranean!

Barcelona

Spent four days touring the city. Hop on Hop off bus for two days, would have used the Metro more, safe and efficient. So much to see!
