Returned to Hawaii for our 30th Anniversary. This itinerary (and the fact that I despise sea days) drew us to the Pride of America, but I've been hesitant because I feared Norwegian was a second class line. Well, I was wrong. I was impressed with the quality of the service, the food (ate in several specialty restaurants), entertainment, and the ship excursions ( even though you pay more, you get what you pay for)
Staying in a suite probably made the difference.
Minor criticisms: there should have been spa packages offered to suite guests, even if that meant embedding a higher price for the suite. Also how much money do they really make by selling bottled water? It can't be worth the annoyance of having to throw out half empty bottles before reboarding.
Once I experienced a huge suite with a Butler, will probably never go back
