Our travel agent recommended Uniworld as she had taken one of their river cruises in the past and highly recommended them. We were very pleased overall. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The only negative is that the ship was dated, especially the lounge area. The color scheme was not relaxing in that area, in our opinion. We had a French balcony which was a plus. The cabin had plenty of storage and room below the bed for luggage. The bathroom was small, but the shower was actually roomier than some we've experienced on larger ships. The guided tours were very good and the guides spoke excellent English and were very informative. We were provided with audio systems on the tours which were quite helpful. We would definitely sail with Uniworld again. We also had two days at a hotel in Prague with very nice accommodations and a convenient location. Our luggage was transferred from the hotel and was in our cabin as soon as we boarded the ship. Airport transfers were handled efficiently.
