Oceana docked at Kotor

Just returned from our second cruise this year aboard P & O Oceana

Our last experience left a lot to be desired and I was surprised that my partner entertained the prospect of another cruise with P & O and even the same ship. She was won over by the itinerary and the price

We had some issues regarding our flight booking and spent far too long trying to sort with P & O customer service before we departed, and still had no joy ( just couldn’t get to speak with anyone and when we did they wouldn’t help) our travel agent tried also and also had no joy! Since returning I’ve contacted customer service, we will see if they come back to me

Cabin Review

Inside Twin with Shower

Cabin OD

An inside cabin and completely fine. As before a bedside cabinet is needed when the bed is a double ( my side had nothing and my only storage was on the floor!)

The only noise ( apart from the neighbouring cabins) was at 5.30am ish and again at 1am you could hear chairs and tables being scrapped across the lido deck above. I think we were below the bar area

Port Reviews

Venice

Easy to just walk off the water taxi and walk to St Marks Square etc

Rome (Civitavecchia)

We missed our tour to Rome by 10mins because we had to take the shuttle bus from the ship ( every 20mins and takes 10mins). So just walked around Civitavecchia for a couple of hours. Nice town and sea front
