The buffet line was not up to par. It was plain and just not good. The dining room experience was better not as good as other cruises. We have cruised with Carnival 13 times and this was the worst experience yet.

I am a cigar smoker and inquired about smoking on my balcony and was told yes prior to cruise and on ship I could not smoke on the balcony after spending the extra money. There is no cigar room on the ship and had to sit on the 10 deck outside not pleasant. The Casino did not allow cigars when cigarettes were allowed. Do not understand this rule. Crazy rule

The meet and greet for the Captain was not in a room but in the middle of the Casino. Again, different than before.
