I love this ship and i love MSC, I think people lose sight of the value for money you get with an MSC cruise. We have just done a one week northern europe cruise for £450 each including the Allegrisimo drinks package.

The ship is beautiful, the staff were lovely on the whole, the food is very acceptable and way better than the majority of all inclusive hotels. The only downside for me is the entertainment which is dire at best, but im happy with a good book.

I do think the theatre is a wasted space. It hosts 2 sessions of a 30 minute 'show' (dont waste your time on it, thats 30 minutes of your life wasted you wont get back) each evening and nothing else. Sack the show company and put on some decent films instead. Read more
