AMA Waterways do a Great Job. The AMA Viola is a beautiful ship. Will sail with them again. Everything went great. Arrived at the ship early and our rooms were already ready. Staff was very friendly and helpful, will take care of all your needs. Food was very good, note the Chefs table was a lot of fun. Stateroom was larger than most with nice bathroom. Small balcony was a big plus and very enjoyable. Public areas were very nice with comfortable furniture, good sound system. The Cruise Manager did a great job, anything you needed was not a problem. Ports of call were nice but the best thing were the local English speaking guides that provided. They made the towns come alive. We also went on a past cruise with AMA Waterways to Munich which was great that the Cruise Manager took care of all our needs even on the land portion of the trip. Lastly the airport transfers went very smoothly.
