Carnival Pride Cruise Review by dsfitz
- Sail Date: September 2016
- Destination: Bermuda
- Cabin Type: Balcony
Things we really enjoyed:
Alchemy Bar - we first saw this on our last cruise and enjoyed it there - and also loved it on the Pride. Very creative martinis and great bartenders. It was popular almost every time we passed it - partly because it is right next to the dining room entrance so people go for a before dinner drink.
Chef's Table - this is the first time we have done this and we really enjoyed it. Wonderful food and a great atmosphere with only 12 people. Wine and champagne are included with the dinner. It is pricey at $75 per person but we thought it was worth it. Most of the others that were doing it had done it several times before.
Steakhouse - We did this the first night and really enjoyed it as usual. So much food but it is wonderful. If you go the first night of the cruise, it is a free bottle of cheap wine or half price of any wine they have.
Trivia Games - we love these, lots of fun as always.
Bermuda was nice - though the weather was rainy. We did an all day tour with a non-Carnival supplier - it was very nice and took us all over the island. It was called Hidden Gems of Bermuda. The area around the King's Wharf had quite a bit of shopping as well as a small beach - so if you didn't want to go far that was nice.
Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend this cruise.

Port & Shore Excursion Reviews
BaltimoreThis cruise terminal isn't very big, and it was very crowded on the roads getting there. It was pretty hot as well and we had to wait outside a while As far as embarkation ports go - this isn't one of the better ones. We used it because we could drive from home.View All 350 Baltimore Cruise Port Reviews
