We choose Princess as we had been told how good they were. The Ship & Crew were great, no complaints at all. The Food I found very limited and not as good as others I have been on. The entertainment on board was boarding amateurish at times. The so called party band they had were no better than a local 'pub' band, although I have seen & heard much better 'pub' bands. The 'Turns' they had on were good, but the Ship's singers were very average. The 2 male singers were not much better than local am dram, again, I have seen & heard much better. If you like to do a quiz, they have plenty there, on several nights they had 2 running at the same time. I felt a lot of the entertainment was audience participation, which is ok if you like that, I pay money to be entertained. I found the gratuities on the steep side at $12.95 per person per day, then they add 15% on top of what ever you buy. I found for this I have had much better service for cheaper on other cruise lines. Overall I felt that this was more like a Butlins on Sea. I had emailed customer services over a week ago with other concerns, none have been answered. So guess I will choose my cruise line more carefully next time. If you want to book shore trips, these are almost double the price you can get the same trips for on land

Could have been so much better.
