Everything about this cruise was just fabulous,from the food to the entertainment.You could do as little or as much depending how you felt.The food was beautiful & the soups were to die for.The bar service was first class with the most cheerful bar staff you could wish for,with special thanks to Eddie,Martina & Rosita.All the staff from the the Captain all the way down were just fantastic.A special mention for Kurt who worked so tirelessly from morning till night to make sure that everyone had a holiday to remember.At night there was entertainment with the resident pianist who played and sang every night plus there was local singers and dancers from some of the countries that we stopped off at.We went through some of the most breathtaking country scenes on the Rhine and the Danube with stops at some of the most beautiful cities and towns,Melk being one of my favorite places.With so many people staying in such a small place,it only takes one person to be ill and it goes through the ship.This happened while we were on board.just like any transport that has air conditioning,it goes from cabin to cabin.That is the only complaint that i could find with this holiday,they need to improve on the quality of air being circulated from room to room.This is not just a scenic problem but every company that uses recycled air.All in all,with being sick on board,it turned a absolutely fantastic holiday into a fantastic holiday.Would not stop me from going again.From myself and my wife,we would like to thank every single member of staff that catered for our every need.
