My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, my birthday and our recent retirement. We wanted to do something special and we were not disappointed. From start to finish, the cruise was excellent. The ship was modern and spacious, the rooms very comfortable and the staff could not have been more welcoming, service oriented and professional. The attention to detail was what struck me. They thought of everything all the time. The captain and other staff would see us off and wish us a good excursion day and were always there to welcome us back and inquire about our day. Issues with water levels were encountered and they never missed a beat. We were offered alternatives when original plans had to be changed for reasons beyond their control and they bent over backwards to meet everyone's needs. I can't say enough about the staff. They were all so very pleasant no matter what their role on the ship, so much so that it felt like we were leaving friends and family at the end of the cruise. The food was phenomenal, from light snacks to gourmet meals.

I would highly recommend Scenic to anyone looking for luxury all inclusive cruising. We would never cruise with anyone else.
