We arrived three days early in Zurich and enjoyed the city. We went on a free walking tour, which was excellent.
The Zurich Card is a transit card for 24 or 72 hours, well worth the price. It includes part of Lake Zurich.
A few comments on our Avalon Waterways vacation.

The beds are comfortable. The room is tidy and very functional. There is plenty of storage.
