The last I I went on a cruise, was about 30 years ago. Needless to say, things have changed a bit.

Carnival has the staggered embarkation with the Breeze and I guess it went pretty good. There are no real signs tell you where to go, but if you stop and ask an employee, they were very informative. It doesn't matter what time you choose to get on the ship. Everyone sits in the same large room waiting for their number to be called to finally get on the ship. I called the process, "Controlled Choas". You have people getting off the ship the same time people are trying to find a place in line and get their bags out.

The embarkation process was interesting, but if you stop and talking with other passengers and decide to have a good time, then you will have a good time.
