Their service was phenomenal. People went out of the way to make sure we got what we needed when we wanted it. I liked that they had a Cruise Critic meet up automatically scheduled and listened to everyone's individual comments. As soon as someone mentioned they had a problem, the asst. Cruise Director immediately called in Department Heads to hear the comments and address the problems. We were in a balcony room in June and an interior cabin in September and both were very spacious with a lot of storage space. I liked all the different activities (arts and crafts every day, dance lessons, etc.) that were scheduled. The shows were phenomenal and better than any other cruise we were on. We really enjoyed this cruise and it was the second time we were on this ship since June. We hope to sail on it again when it comes out of dry dock so we can see what changes were made. We will definitely sail on this ship again and can't wait for the new ship to arrive next year!
Clean cabin with a lot of room. The bathroom was large and I loved the glass shower doors! The room was spacious with a lot of storage space. There was an easy chair and a table also in the room.
We love taking the Water Taxi across to the boardwalk ($7 pp roundrip) and going to the beach. We rented 2 chairs and umbrella for $15 (usually $20 during the peak season) and got a bucket of 5 Coronas for $10 + $1 tip.
We like to walk to the forts on our own. Our annual US national park pass gets us in the forts for free.
