Sorry Royals but cant give you a good review this time went with my Brother and his wife to the cannaries on the Independence realy looked forward to it my husband and myself go every 2yrs this was the 3rd time on this ship and we were very disapointed. To start with 5 days at sea we felt that we had been robbed of our holiday as it was only ten days to start with .That was rediculous and all the entertainmant was all the same as we had seen the past 2 times we had sailed we were very disapointed with the staff there atitudes were terrible was like they did not want to be there the only person that was great and always polite and happy was the girl at the windjammer called Janet but i must say that the food and the staff there were always great Janet she was a lovely person and greated everybody with a smile . We did hope to have something different on the ship as we thought it had been given a revamp. The cabin was always clean 6365 nothing changed there .The ports that we stopped at were always at the back of the sights but that was our exsperience. We are hopping to go back 2018 september and want to take all my family and grandchildren we always go in september so we will have to do our home work first as it will be a lot of money and dont want to waste it . i Idont want to sound all negative as the past 2 times on this ship to the spanish med was Fantastic and this has not put us off going back on the independence we are just putting it as a bad exspereince and hope next time will be better.
