We checked out several cruise options and decided on this one, we like the ports and shore excursions offered and the Viking line has a good reputation. I like to do lots of research before choosing our next holiday.
Our room had a "French" balcony, which is a patio type door with a bar across the middle, so you get lots of daylight, and you can open it to take pictures or just enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend this over the balcony as we were often docked up against another ship and the balconies were not usable. Lovely fresh linens and comfy queen size bed, not too much more room but it was fine. The bathroom had a heated floor, very nice addition and a nice sized shower.
The dinning room was large and airy with windows everywhere. The staff were awesome and the food great too. Lots of choice at all meals and wine, beer and sodas were included.
The cabin was small which is to be expected, the queen bed very comfortable, no chair, small stool in front of the mirror, not much room between bed and counter. The bathroom was fine with a good size shower and heated floor, very nice, clean linnen , but small, flat pillows. lovely big window, we did enjoy being able to open it to take photos and the fresh air. Good size closet and drawers.
wonderful trip, taken by bus to the "ranch", welcome drink, wagon ride, a fantastic show of horseman ship, very entertaining the a tour of the vacilities, this is one that often gets overlooked it also did not conflict with the walking tour so we could do both.
Mozart music and others, very well performed. Enjoyed this very much
concert was about 30 minutes, very heavy choice of music but worth listening to
