This is our second cruise with Oceania – we were quite delighted with our previous trip last year cruising the Aegean and so re-booked this cruise around the Baltic and its wonderful destinations.

The ship has continued to live up to its high standards with stunning rooms and suites, with the attention to detail fixtures and fittings top notch. We were in one of the penthouse suites. We have found our cabin spotless after every day with the most wonderfully comfortable bed and top quality lines. The service and attentiveness from most staff is outstanding with nothing too much trouble.

However, a few minor points that do tend to grate and at times feels mean spirited. Internet services are worse than 3rd world – it seems very strange in this day and age with satellites that one has to put up with such terrible internet. Most folk we have talked to during the trip have also cited this as they main gripe.
